If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the Product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to our Return Policy. Returned Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Disclaimer

Message and data rates may apply. Simple Medical Products is not responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving text messages. You are responsible for all charges related to text messaging imposed by your carrier. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Return authorization is required for all returned merchandise. Return Material Authorization (RMA) requests may be submitted through the Simple Medical Products website or by contacting us at sales@simplemp.com . Please note, only direct Simple Medical Products customers with a valid order number are eligible to request an RMA.

All returns must be shipped prepaid by the customer, and the package must be clearly marked with the RMA number on the outside. Any product returned without a valid RMA number will be returned at the customer’s expense. Freight collect returns will be refused.

Non-defective products may be returned to Simple Medical Products within 30 days of purchase for a Simple Medical Products order credit. Authorized unused item returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price. The order credit may only be applied to future purchases of Simple Medical Products.

To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition. If the product is received in packaging that is not original or unopened, the credit will be denied. Discontinued, altered, or logoed products are not eligible for return.
